Upon a physical inspection of your vehicle, the agreed sum will be transferred to your account. Once you have confirmed the payment has been received the necessary paperwork will be completed and your vehicle will be taken away by one of our in-house logistics team.

  • Once you have filled out our online valuation form one of our industry experts will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the details provided and to ensure all relevant details of your vehicle are noted. Once we have all the information we will provide you with our bespoke valuation.

  • We can arrange settlement of any outstanding finance on your vehicle. We will require an up to date letter from your finance company stating the current settlement figure along with the finance agreement reference number.

    The settlement amount will be deducted from the agreed amount owed to you for your vehicle.

  • We will value each car accordingly taking the vehicle’s service history in to consideration as part of that process.

  • Using our in house logistics team we offer nationwide collection ensuring the process of selling your car is seamless and hassle free.

  • Any non standard features of your vehicle should be declared upon the initial consultation with our team who will advise if they will affect the valuation.

  • We are unable to purchase any vehicle without the relevant registration document (log book).

    If you do not have the V5 document you can contact the DVLA where a new one can be provided to you. This process can take a few weeks to conclude.

  • Ensuring that all relevant information is disclosed to our team upon initial consultation is crucial to ensure your vehicle is appraised fairly and accurately. The vehicles service history documentation along with its current MOT certificate will allow us to better understand the vehicle’s current market value.

    When inspecting your vehicle we will inspect the vehicles interior for any damage as well as the exterior body panels and wheels so ensuring the vehicle is clean will make this process easier and seamless.

  • The vehicle valuation we provide will be as accurate as possible but it is not until we physically inspect your vehicle and check that all relevant paperwork is present that a final price for your vehicle will be offered.

  • Due to the ever changing used car market we will honour any valuation for up to 7 days from initial consultation. Any request to purchase your vehicle after that 7 day period will require your vehicle to be reappraised to receive an up to date valuation.

  • Many things can affect the overall value of your vehicle, these may include:

    Lack of service history
    Lack of or short MOT remaining
    Physical damage to bodywork
    Illuminated warning lights
    Bald or worn tyres
    Damaged or buckled wheels
    Chipped or cracked windscreen
    Smoke or pet soiled interior

All vehicles will be subject to a HPI check ensuring that they are not stolen or been involved in an insurance write off.

BLK Label Group will provide you with an accurate valuation of your vehicle but it is only when the car is physically inspected by a member of our team that a final price will be agreed. Our initial valuation is not an offer to buy your vehicle but a service for you the seller to estimate the value of your vehicle and the price which we maybe willing to pay for your vehicle. We will always carry out a physical inspection of your vehicle before we agree to buy it.

We are not obliged to purchase your car upon inspection and neither are you the seller obliged to sell any car physically appraised by us at BLK Label Group.

All purchases are subject to a V5 registration document (log book) being present for the qualifying vehicle.

Any issues, faults or damage not previously declared will affect the vehicle valuation upon the physical inspection of the vehicle.

At the time of purchase we will expect you to provide us with the following:
All copies of the vehicle’s keys
The V5 Registration document
All vehicle service history
The vehicle’s MOT certificate
The vehicle’s user manuals
Any vehicle accessories such as locking wheel nut key, tool kit, or immobiliser fobs.

All provisions should be undertook to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the sale. We will not be responsible for any personal items lost once the vehicle is in our possession.
